We will only accept the 10oz jars and tops. The 4oz tins are not applicable for this program.
If your items are slightly damaged, continue to fill out the form and return the jars and tops. We will assess them and let you know if they pass our damaged goods test. If your items are extremely damaged and clearly not reusable we will notify you that we cannot use these products and you will not receive a discount code.
They do not have to be squeaky cleaned of wax residue. But please be sure to wipe down the outside of any stickiness, dirt, or dust the jar may have picked up.

No. Please note the recycling program is separate from a payment. Once items are returned and confirmed you will then receive a discount code for your next purchase. Please do not apply a discount yourself when making a payment transfer as it will impact your order process.
No. There is one discount code applied per order. It's best to return your items in bulk if you would like a bigger discount. (e.g if you have 4-6 containers and tops return them all at the same time so you can get a bigger discount) Discounts are calculated on the form below.
