Place your order by Monday for delivery the following Monday or Wednesday. Orders placed after Monday will be scheduled for delivery the following week.

Unless otherwise noted, orders placed by Monday will be delivered on the following Monday or Wednesday, ensuring you receive your items within 7 days of your order.
Can I change my delivery date after my order?

If you'd like to request an alternative delivery date. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Can I place a rush order?

Yes, we accept rush, custom, and wholesale orders! Rush orders, which are expected within 2-3 business days, will incur an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements and pricing for rush orders. For custom, or wholesale orders please click here to submit a request.

HOW DO I COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?

Payments must be made within 1 hour of placing the order to complete your purchase. If payment is not received within this time, the order will not be processed, and the product will be released.
HOW DO I COMPLETE PAYMENT?

To complete your payment, make an online bank transfer to the provided HSBC or Butterfield account using your order number as the reference. Be sure to complete the transfer within 1 hour of placing your order.
WHAT IF I MISS THE 1-HR PAYMENT WINDOW?

Unfortunately, if payment is not received within 1 hour of ordering, your order will be canceled, and the product will be released to others.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final. However, please contact us if you are experiencing issues with your product, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD BESIDES TRANSFER?

Currently, we only accept bank transfers via HSBC or Butterfield for payments. If you have any issues with making a transfer, please contact us, and we will assist you.
